The Columbia County CTIN Education Sector Workgroup brings together people who work in or with schools from every level of education in Columbia County. They meet monthly during the school year to explore tools, resources and applications of trauma informed principles for schools. Together, they work on shared goals and implement strategies from the CTIN strategic plan to build resilience in children and their families.
Currently, the workgroup is supporting an ACEs and resiliency community awareness campaign, streamlining resources and communication about ACEs and resilience, and working to offer training and education to staff, students and parents.
