The Columbia County Childhood Trauma Informed Care Network (CTIN) Child Welfare Sector Workgroup brings together peers in child welfare to work on shared goals and supporting peers on their journey to adopt trauma informed practices.
Currently, the workgroup is working to increase parent education, understanding, and addressing how trauma and resilience look in various subpopulations, and aligning organizational plans to implement parent education.
